FAMILYCON 2026 invites doctors, researchers, medical students, and professionals from allied health and social sciences to submit abstracts and posters for consideration by the Conference Reviewing Committee and Scientific Programme Committee.
Who can submit
Choose the category that matches the submitting participant. Each poster remains subject to academic review and final selection.

Suitable for professionally developed presentations relating to clinical medicine, public health, primary care, or family medicine.
Suitable for academic research, healthcare innovation, interdisciplinary studies, and community-focused projects.
Prepare your work
All abstracts must follow the prescribed structure and clearly communicate the study background, objective, methodology, principal findings, and conclusions.
State the purpose of the study clearly, describe the methodology accurately, present the principal findings without ambiguity, and ensure the conclusions are supported by the results.
Use standard, widely supported fonts to prevent special characters and formatting from being lost during processing.

Submission and payment
The applicable poster submission and printing fee, based on the participant’s category, must be paid only after the poster has been accepted. A clear screenshot or receipt of the payment must be submitted along with the final poster PDF.

From abstract to email
Complete each step before the submission deadline.
Prepare the abstract according to the required structure and word limits.
Design the poster at 30 inches wide × 24 inches high in landscape orientation.
Subject to poster acceptance, please pay the poster submission and printing fee via Easypaisa or JazzCash.

Official submission addresses
A confirmation email will be sent to the submitting author after the abstract, poster, and payment evidence have been received.
If confirmation is not received within a reasonable period, the submitting author should contact the Poster Exhibition Committee.
Conference Reviewing Committee
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Conference Reviewing Committee.
Scientific Programme Committee
The Scientific Programme Committee will make the final selection of abstracts to be included in the conference programme.
Accepted abstracts may be selected for:
Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the submitting or corresponding author.
Only the corresponding author will receive official information concerning the abstract. The corresponding author will be responsible for informing all co-authors about the submission status and further requirements.
Authors whose abstracts are accepted will receive instructions regarding the presentation of their work.
