FAMILYCON 2026 invites doctors, researchers, medical students, and professionals from allied health and social sciences to submit abstracts and posters for consideration by the Conference Reviewing Committee and Scientific Programme Committee.

Suitable for professionally developed presentations relating to clinical medicine, public health, primary care, or family medicine.

Abstract Submission Guidelines
All abstracts must follow the prescribed structure and clearly communicate the study background, objective, methodology, principal findings, and conclusions.

Word and Content Limits
- Abstract body: Maximum 350 words
- Abstract title: Maximum 30 words
- Authors’ names, institutional affiliations, and study-group information are not included in the word limit
- Maximum one table
- Maximum one graph or image
- Accepted image formats: JPG, GIF, or PNG
- Recommended image resolution: 600 dpi
- Tables, graphs, and images are not counted toward the abstract word limit
Academic Clarity
State the purpose of the study clearly, describe the methodology accurately, present the principal findings without ambiguity, and ensure the conclusions are supported by the results.
Use standard, widely supported fonts to prevent special characters and formatting from being lost during processing.

Poster Submission and Printing Fees
The applicable poster submission and printing fee, based on the participant’s category, must be paid only after the poster has been accepted. A clear screenshot or receipt of the payment must be submitted along with the final poster PDF.

Submission Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to the submitting author after the abstract, poster, and payment evidence have been received.
If confirmation is not received within a reasonable period, the submitting author should contact the Poster Exhibition Committee.
Conference Reviewing Committee
Abstract Review
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Conference Reviewing Committee.
- Is there a clear background and properly justified objective?
- Is the methodology or study design appropriate for the stated objectives?
- Are the results important and clearly presented?
- Are the conclusions supported by the results?
- Is the study original and academically valuable?
Scientific Programme Committee
Abstract Selection
The Scientific Programme Committee will make the final selection of abstracts to be included in the conference programme.
Accepted abstracts may be selected for:
- Oral presentation in an abstract session
- Poster presentation in the designated Poster Exhibition Area
Notification of Acceptance or Rejection
Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the submitting or corresponding author.
Only the corresponding author will receive official information concerning the abstract. The corresponding author will be responsible for informing all co-authors about the submission status and further requirements.
Authors whose abstracts are accepted will receive instructions regarding the presentation of their work.
